Cancellation Policy

Domestic contracts

Hot Tubs & Bouncy Castles

If you need to cancel there is no change as long as we have 24 hours notice prior to the event, within 24 hours the full amount will be invoiced

in the case of any dispute, the hiring party agrees to allow Popup Events staff unhindered access into the property for the purpose of removing our property and that failure to do so will result in the hirer paying a daily fee of £50 until permission is granted and equipment is removed

Hog Roasts

Due to the amount of stock required of perishable goods if you cancel your event with two weeks or more notice, there is no charge within 2 weeks the full amount ( inc staff costs) will be charged.

Commercial contracts and Events

If you need to cancel your event with 6 months or more notice then 50% of the total invoice will be payable.

Within one month’s notice the full amount will be required.

This is to cover the pre-planning, cost of site surveys and meetings.

Refund Policy

Any refund given will incur a £5 admin fee.

Any cancellation made with 7 days notice of the event will be refunded less the admin fee, any cancelations less than 7 days will be offered a credit note to attend a future event.
